Boxing as a sport requires a high level of athletic prowess: strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, nerve, and power, just to name several required attributes. Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person to hone those same athletic skills, all without having to take a punch.

Here you will find the gloves and accessories we would recommend to those who enjoy boxing training just for fitness.

We would not advise to use any of these gloves for any sparring or if you train daily on either the punch bags and pads a leather glove would be much better suited for you. This collection was created for those who participate in boxercise classes or one to one training on the pads two or three times a week max.
