WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE POWER-FIT?
The Power-Fit is a unique combination of the Power-Fit mouthguard with its patented fins and custom-made shell together with the patented Power-Cage.
The cage consists of an outer and inner tray, which fit one inside the other, and it is into this tray system that the mouthguard is placed. As the wearer bites down onto the mouthguard, the Power-Cage compresses it onto the teeth resulting in a perfectly moulded mouthguard that fits snugly around the teeth and soft tissue providing the ultimate fit and retention.
WHY IS THE POWER-CAGE SO GOOD?
Moulding a Self-Fit mouthguard is not always simple – you are handling a pliable, rubber-like material, which although when cooled is highly protective, is vulnerable in its softened state and this is where the Power-Cage comes into its own. Common problems when moulding a Self-Fit mouthguard involve aligning the mouthguard centrally in the mouth, difficulty in applying even pressure around the teeth and gums during the moulding process and not biting through the back of the mouthguard during fitting.
Using the Power-Cage eliminates all of these issues by enabling the consumer to:
Position the mouthguard accurately and centrally over the teeth during moulding
Transmit a more powerful biting force by using the Power-Cage, resulting in a highly retentive and tight fit, rather than pressing onto the mouthguard solely with their fingers
Achieve an even compression over the entire surface of the mouthguard for an extremely even fit
Avoid biting through the back of the mouthguard during fitting

EU/Non-EU/USA & Worldwide Delivery (Monday-Friday Only)
We offer two delivery options depending on your location:
• Standard Delivery: Royal Mail, UPS by road (5-7 working days, tracked)
• Express Delivery: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx or DHL by air (3-5 working days, tracked)
Our goal is to deliver all EU, Non-EU, USA, and worldwide orders within the specified timeframe, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 pm GMT+1 will be processed the next working day. Some items may require longer shipping times, as stated in their product descriptions.
Please note that while delays can occasionally occur, we rely on FedEx International Priority for speed and reliability. Shipping rates exclude import fees, which are the responsibility of the receiver.
Split Delivery
For orders with multiple items, we may send them in separate parcels based on stock availability, at no additional cost. For any additional UK consignments, we’ll use the “UK Express Delivery” option.
Important Information
While we strive to keep all products in stock, high demand may require us to restock or drop ship certain items, which can lead to slight shipping delays. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping a return
If a customer purchases an incorrect item or changes their mind after receiving the goods, they are responsible for returning the item and covering all shipping costs associated with the return.
Returns
At Mad Dogs boxing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must have tags still attached, be in original packaging, and show no signs of wear or use. if these conditions are not met, the refund may be reduced to a partial refund or, in extreme cases no refund at all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping returns straightforward for everyone.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you may be eligible for one of the following remedies
Tier 1: If within 30 days of receiving the item, choose:
1. Repair
2. Replacement
3. Full refund
Note: For perishable goods, the 30-day period is adjusted to their expected shelf life.
• Tier 2: If more than 30 days have passed, you may request a repair or replacement (refunds are not available).
• Tier 3: If repair or replacement isn’t possible or is delayed, choose:
1. A price reduction (amount determined based on circumstances).
2. A refund, though items held for more than 6 months may have a reduced refund amount.
If returning a defective item, include:
• Order Number
• Product Code/Product Name
• Details of the defect
• Preference for refund, repair, or replacement
We will assess your return and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation via the original payment method unless otherwise requested. If an item is deemed faulty, we will cover return postage up to standard delivery cost (Next Day or Express charges are not refunded).
